I would like to highly recommend Smoke Alarm Testing to any new landlord. SATS visited our Property Management office in Kerikeri and explained how their business operated along with their dedicated software whereby we can log in and make any necessary changes and book future inspections due. All inspections due are sent to us in advance by email with plenty of time to update tenant or other information before being confirmed. SATS have always been there to assist when necessary and very happy to help with any queries, new clients, in fact anything at all. SATS has always been very responsive at all times and very helpful with great communication at all times. There have been a few times whereby a smoke alarm has been beeping and once this has been communicated to SATS they are replaced within a reasonable timeframe.
We have a good size rent roll in Warkworth and use SATS for our smoke alarm installs and servicing – there service is outstanding they take care of everything it’s all in their system and there services are automatically rolled around every year its easy and stress free – we highly recommend using sats for all your smoke alarm requirements.
